6-story Art-Deco/Art-Moderne residential building completed in 1928. Designed by John B. Peterkin, it is clad in a light and a darker shade of brown brick, with alternating vertical and horizontal elements. Three black iron fire escapes run down the Sixth Avenue facade. On the south facade facing Prince Street, there is a projecting bar of tan brick in the center bay, ornamented by vertical grooves, from the top of the 2nd floor and rising up to above the rest of the roof line. The two outer bays flanking this bar are framed on both sides by individual bars of tan brick at each window. There is a large marble octagon above the main entrance on Sixth Avenue, where a black canvas awning extends out across the sidewalk. The west part of the northern elevation is a blank wall of reddish brick; regular windows pierce the eastern part.
