6-story residential building completed in 1877, with a new white brick facade built in 1960, designed by David Kraus. The windows are square, with aluminum mullions, and there is a concrete parapet at the roof. A white-painted metal fire escape runs down a portion of both facades. The Prince Street elevation has two bays of double-windows on the right, and one bay each of single and double-windows on the left. The Sixth Avenue elevation has four bays of double-windows. The ground floor is occupied by J.N. Natural Fruit Corp. and Perfect Touch salon.
