apartment building, 1940_construction
6-story residential building completed in 1940. Designed by Israel L. Crausman, it is clad in variegated red brick with numerous random patches of stone. The entrance is under a stone cornice with four pilasters. The windows are all singles, except for a lone column of double windows on the right side of the facade. A black iron fire escape runs down the center, and the building is capped by a brick parapet.
