5-story residential building completed in 1894. Designed by James W. Cole, it is clad in brownstone - rough and rusticated on the ground floor. A small stoop leads to the entrance framed by carved pilasters supporting an entablature that forms the base of the fire escape. There are five bays of windows, with the two behind the fire escape spaced closer together. The building is crowned by a black metal bracketed roof cornice.
