The first floor has three horizontal stone bands, and splayed lintels with keystones over the windows. The 2nd floor has bands of recessed brick, and a carved band course runs across the base of the 3rd floor. The 4th floor has round-arched windows with carved terra-cotta panels below each one and an ornately-carved cornice above. The top floor also has brick banding, and is topped by a green metal roof cornice with modillions and dentils, stepped up in the center. A green iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade.
