6-story residential building completed in 1898. Designed by George Pelham, it is clad in brown brick (painted blue-green at the base of the first floor). The first floor has three horizontal stone bands, and splayed lintels with keystones over the windows. The 2nd floor has bands of recessed brick, and a carved band course runs across the base of the 3rd floor. The 4th floor has round-arched windows with carved terra-cotta panels below each one and an ornately-carved cornice above. The top floor also has brick banding, and is topped by a green metal roof cornice with modillions and dentils, stepped up in the center. A green iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade.
