6-story residential building completed around 1900 as a warehouse. Converted to condominiums in the 1990s. The facade is clad in red brick, and the ground-floor storefront on the south half are framed in green-painted cast-iron. Narrow brick piers separate the building into four bays of four windows each, with connected stone sills and lintels. At the roof line is a corbelled brick cornice, with pointed stone pyramids capping each pier. There is a garden deck on the roof. The ground floor is occupied by Converso furniture, and Paws in Soho pet spa.
