6-story residential building completed in 1925 as a warehouse. It was converted to condominiums sometime around 1990. The ground floor is composed of rusticated concrete with concrete piers extending up to the roof line, and projecting slightly past the parapet. The upper floors are clad in red brick between the piers, with wide industrial windows that have stone sills and lintels. There is a chamfered corner with a single bay facing the intersection.
