5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1874. Designed by Julius Boekell, it is clad in orange brick. The four windows on each floor have white stone sills with corbelled feet and ornate arced cornices. The building is crowned by a red metal roof cornice with paired brackets, modillions and dentils, and a rounded pediment in the center. The ground floor is occupied by Ottomanelli & Sons meat market.
