4-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1844 as a 3.5-story structure. It was raised to four full floors in 1876. The 3-bay upper floors are faced in stucco, painted beige. The windows are framed in black and there are ornamental diamond shapes above and below each one. The building is crowned by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and paneled fascia board. The ground floor is clad in wood panels, and occupied by David's Tee.
