5-story residential building completed in 1883. Designed by Louis Vangnick, it is clad in red-painted brick above a variegated brick ground floor. The entrance is framed in green marble. A pair of black metal fire escapes runs down the facade, which is topped by a stepped roof parapet where the original cornice once was. The ground floor was redesigned in the mid-20th century.
