5-story residential building completed in 1892. Designed by John B. Snook & Sons, it is clad in variegated light tan and beige brick. Dark-grey stone bands connect the windows, just above the sills and below the lintels. A black metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a dentiled band course and parapet. The exposed east wall is clad in red brick, painted on the lower portion.
