4-story Federal-style residential building completed in 1828 as a 3-story dwelling. It was raised to four stories in 1868, and later the facade was recovered in stucco, and then re-clad again in orange brick. The ground floor is rusticated white stone, and the building is topped by a brown metal roof cornice with modillions.
