3-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1832 as a house with two floors, faced with Flemish Bond brickwork. It was raised to three stories in 1898. The 3-bay facade is clad in red brick, above a brownstone basement, with a short brownstone stoop and entrance enframement. The doorway itself is framed in wood, with a glass transom and two narrow, vertical sidelights flanking the door. The windows have brownstone sills and lintels, and wooden exterior shutters, painted blue-grey. A wide stone panel decorates the roof parapet.
