6-story residential building completed in 1960. Designed by Louis Winter, it was built partly around an existing building, 108 Sullivan, which was originally a 3-story brick home with a peaked roof. The new apartment building was faced in white brick, with seven bays of square double-windows framed in black metal. Air conditioning vents are located beneath each of the window units. The entrance is at the center and framed in grey polished granite. The roof line has a simple parapet with stone coping. A pair of black metal fire escapes run down the facade.
