6-story residential building completed in 1961. Designed by David Kraus, it joined a 1903 stable and 1941 1-story garage that were originally on the site. The 8-bay wide facade features alternating white and blue painted brick. The regularly-spaced windows are square with four panes, and air conditioning vents placed below each window. Three metal fire escapes run down the facade.
