3-story Federal-style residential building originally completed as a 2-story house in 1825 for Drake Crane. It is clad in red brick, with a brownstone band course above the brick basement. There is a short stoop to the entrance door, which is topped by a flat stone lintel. Stone lintels also top each of the windows, which also have stone sills. The roof line is marked by a small metal cornice with modillions.
