5-story Neo-Grec-style residential building completed in 1880. Designed by William Jose as a tenement, it has a white-stuccoed ground floor housing a restaurant, and a red brick facade above, with four bays on Spring Street, and nine on Sullivan, with tight groups of three in the center and at the southern end. The windows have stone sills and corbelled feet, and eared lintels with carvings. On the long Sullivan Street side, the second bay from the north has been bricked in, and one of the central bays has had the original windows replaced with smaller, narrow ones (although the full size lintels remain). Both main facades are crowned by a bracketed roof cornice, and metal fire escapes run down both the north and west walls. The ground floor is occupied by Savore restaurant.
