7-story Renaissance-reviva/Romanesque-revivall residential building completed in 1900. Designed by Schneider & Herter as a tenement, the facade is clad in brown brick above a 20th-century storefront. The 4-bay facade is crossed by a variety of horizontal band and string courses. All of the windows have thick stone "eared" lintels, except for the 5th floor, which has round-arched windows with brick headers. The building is crowned by a black metal roof cornice, and a metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by a barber shop.
