6-story Renaissance-revival cooperative-apartment building completed in 1897. Designed by Kurtzer & Rohl as a tenement, it is clad in beige brick above a modern storefront. Narrow stone band course connect the sills and lintels at each 4-bay floor, and the 2nd & 4th floor windows are topped by triangular pediments. A metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, and the building is crowned by a bracketed roof cornice with ornate carvings in the fascia board. The ground floor is occupied by Ba'al Cafe & Falafel, and The Little House boutique.
