5-story Neo-Grec residential building (composed of 3 joined addresses) completed in 1877, renovated in 1989. Designed by W.H. Cauvet as a tenement, the upper floors are clad in red brick, with an orange brick ground floor, with black cast-iron framing. The ground floor is divided into three sections by fluted pilasters, each with a central doorway under a broken-arched pediment and flanked by double-windows. Above, each section has four windows on the upper floors, with flat black stone eared lintels, and black iron balconies. A black iron roof cornice with large modillions crowns the facade.
