5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1869. Designed by John McCool as a tenement, it is clad in red brick, with a black cast-iron ground floor. The three bays of windows have simple, flat stone sills and lintels, and a metal fire escape runs down the facade. At the top is a metal roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Sullivan Street Frames.
