3-story Federal-style residential building completed in 1820. The 3rd floor and black metal roof cornice was added in 1876 replacing the original pitched roof and dormers. The facade is clad in red brick, with flat stone sills and lintels. There are two entrances with short stoops on the ground floor; the one on the left is topped by a triangular pediment, and both are framed by wooden pilasters. In between is a projecting bay window with a sloped metal roof, above a brick planter and the steps to the basement.
