8-story residential building completed in 1911. Designed by William Henry Dewan, Jr. & R.E. Moss as a warehouse, renovated in 2005 to condominiums. It is clad in orange brick with metal window mullions and rough stone sills and lintels, as well as a band course above the 2nd floor. The top-floor windows are segmental-arched, with rough stone terminating each bay. The narrow end fronting Washington Street is only one bay wide.
