12-story modernist residential building completed in 2006. Designed by Philip Johnson - the last building designed before he died (now known as PJAR Architects). The Urban Glass House used air rights from the landmarked James Brown House next-door, in exchange for refurbishments to that structure. The building's façades have a high fenestration factor and its large square windows have five panes. The building is almost a cube with five small setback cutouts on 4th, 9th, 10th and 12th floors.
