5-story Italianate cast-iron residential building completed in 1871. Designed by Robert Mook as a store-and-loft building, it is painted white, with slender columns framing the eight bays of windows. Over the years, the building has had a variety of occupants, including wine importers, a trunk manufacturer, offset printers, home furnishers, and art galleries. The building was converted to condominiums around 2000.
