Hilton Garden Inn Tribeca (New York City, New York)

6-story hotel completed in 2005. Designed by Gene Kaufman, it is clad in red pre-cast brick panels. Each bay has a triple window with black metal framing and air conditioning vents, with white curtains visible behind the glass. There is a single bay facing southeast to follow the bend at the intersection, and ten bays along 6th Avenue. There are another five bays of windows on the north-facing facade, flanked by expanses of plain brick on both sides. A white concrete roof cornice caps each facade, and a projecting, vertical, blue Hilton Garden Inn sign is affixed to the northeast corner at the 4th & 5th floors. The ground floor is partially occupied by AOA Bar & Grill. The hotel has 150 guest rooms.
