4-story residential building completed as a 2-story stable in 1892. Designed by Franklin Baylies, it was enlarged to four floors in 1903. The ground floor, painted dark grey, has cast-iron piers and wooden infill. The upper floors are clad in red brick, with brownstone sills and lintels. The front facade is topped by a brick parapet. The east-facing sidewall is smooth stuccoed and painted white, with a handful of window openings.

In the 1920’s the building was a warehouse for the Dyal Produce Company. In the Great Depression, the building ended up in the hands a packing-case business owned by Nicholas Voskan. In the 1960’s a moving company leased the space. It was converted to loft apartments in 1982.
