5-story residential building completed in 1886. Designed by Pierce & Dockstader as a tenement, it is clad in red brick (painted white on the 2nd floor and the south elevation of the ground floor). The building a wealth of terra-cotta detailing, and features segmental-arched windows on the 3rd floor. The ground floor on the south facade has a large garage door.
The building was converted from a tenement to commercial use in the 1920s. It returned to residential use in the 1980s. The ground floor served as a diner in the 1940’s.
