4-story residential building completed in 1940. It was designed to house a woolen company, but underwent substantial interior and exterior modifications around 1980 and now has 15 residential units. It is clad in dark-grey brick, and split into two sections. The east end of the facade has the doorway on the ground level, with an unbroken column of windows above. The slightly wider western part of the facade has groups of triple windows, taller on the 1st floor, with short basement windows just above the sidewalk. The brick spandrel areas between the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors are painted a browner shade. The roof at this section doesn't rise quite as high as on the west end, but has a railing in front of a roof deck.
