5-story residential building completed in 1889 as a bakery. It is clad in red brick above a dark-grey cast-iron ground floor. The windows have flat stone sills and lintels. A pair of black iron fire escapes runs down the north facade, and both main facades are capped by a modillioned and bracketed roof cornice. The building was later occupied by the Mayon Crating & Shipping Company, whose painted signage is still visible on the ground floor cornice. It was converted to apartments around 1980.
