8-story Art-Nouveau residential building completed as a warehouse and factory building in 1920. Designed by George and Edward Blum for Samuel Well, it is clad in beige brick above a granite watertable. The ground floor has tall windows covered by iron bars on the Washington Street side, and loading bays on the Vestry Street side. A simple stone band course separates the upper floors, which have a regular pattern of stone-silled windows. Both of the main facades are capped by a corbelled brick parapet. The eastern elevation is white concrete, with two bays of windows in the center. The northern elevation is clad in red brick, and also has windows in its center. The building was converted to residential in 1979.
