 condominium, 2008_construction

9-story postmodern mixed-use building completed in 2008. Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects, it references the historic styles of the neighborhood through arches, masonry mixed with light-red pre-cast concrete construction, and terra-cotta. It has ground-floor retail, commercial space, and four large apartments. A notable feature is the large rounded column at the building's southeast corner. Large, suspended metal canopies cover the ground floor. The 2nd floor has wide segmental-arches each spanning two bays. Above are 2-story round-arches, with four bays on the east elevation and six on the south. Dark-grey metal spandrels divide the floors within each arch. The top floor has smaller round-arches set between grey cladding. The ground floor is occupied by 24 Hubert Wines.
