5-story residential building completed in 1891. Designed by Walgrove & Israels as a store-and-loft building, it is clad in red and cream-colored brick with stone trim. The ground floor has cast-iron intermediates piers with brick end piers and a wood cornice. Floors 2-4 are divided into three bays of windows, with five smaller windows on the top floor. There is a white metal roof cornice at the top of the facade. Throughout its history, this structure has had food businesses among its tenants. It was converted to condominiums in 1998.
