7-story residential building completed in 2000. Designed by Richard R. Farrara, it is clad in dark red brick with a limestone watertable. It has a stainless steel entrance surround flanked by wall sconces; the entry and the accompanying storefront windows are topped by red metal spandrel panels. The upper floors have multi-paned squared windows with stone sills and flat lintels, and divided by red metal mullions. The building's main façade is nicely divided by narrow ridges whose bottoms are limestone squares. The top floor has a different fenestration, with three windows in each bay and is topped by a series of stone-rimmed boxes beneath the flat roofline. The penthouse is set well back, and surrounded by terraces with plantings. The ground floor is occupied by Kahn Dermatology, and Kanlo Tea Room.
