4-story Italianate/Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1871. Designed by Schulze & Schoen as a store-and-loft building. The ground floor has grey cast-iron piers, with the upper floors clad in red brick. The windows are segmental-arched with stone lintels with keystones, connected on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor has a continuous stone sill course, and the 4th floor windows have projecting sills with corbelled feet. The facade is topped by a black metal roof cornice, and has a black iron fire escape running down the right two-thirds. A suspended metal canopy framework covers the ground floor, which is occupied by Mondocane furniture.

From 1912 to the mid-60s, it was occupied by W.O. Saxton, a butter and eggs merchant, after which it was used for storage. It was renovated into condominiums sometime around 2000.
