6-story residential building originally completed in the mid-1800s as a 4-story store-and-loft building. After a devastating fire gutted the upper floors and left it in ruin, it was rebuilt as condominiums in 1986, with new upper floors, and then redesigned again in 2003 by Bone Levine Architects. The upper floors have red brick piers framing a metallic window surround assembly. The frame is infilled with zinc coated copper window surrounds. The façade assembly included large center pivoting mahogany windows, an ironwork watertable above the original cast-iron storefront, and a projecting ironwork cornice.
