5-story Northern Renaissance-revival/Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1887. Designed by Stephen D. Hatch as a store-and-loft building, the building overlooks Duane Park and is across the park from 165 Duane Street, a larger building designed by Hatch. It was converted to condominium usage from its original store-and-loft configuration in the late 1980s. The facade is composed of red brick and stone. The windows, recessed between the piers, are round-arched at the 4th floor. The top floor has a round-arched window in the center, flanked by circular windows, topped by a crowning gable.
