8-story residential building completed in 2006. Designed by BKSK Architects, it is clad in red brick with some stone and metal accents. The piers at the ground floor has narrow projecting bands, and the spandrels between floors in one bay have horizontal wavy lines of brick that project and recess. The windows, slightly recessed between the piers, have dark green metal mullions. There is a stone cornice below the 7th floor, where all the piers have the same wavy brickwork as seen below. The facade is capped by a brick parapet with an overlying metal lattice with a set-back penthouse floor above. A brick chimney rises up from the east edge of the building.
