6-story Neo-Renaissance residential building completed in 1907. Designed by Franklin Baylies as a warehouse, it has a raised loading platform extending out in front of the first floor. The facade is clad in beige brick. Above the 2-story base, the windows have flat heads trimmed in stone and splayed keystones. Pilasters at the 6th floor are topped by a sheet-metal cornice cut to accommodate a fire escape that has since been removed. The base is articulated by brick pilasters with terra-cotta capitals and is topped at the 2nd floor by a dentiled terra-cotta cornice. The cast-iron pilasters of the bay framing are intact, although much of the bay infill has been replaced at the first story.

The building has been used for storage of butter and eggs, and light manufacturing. In mid-century, it was used for both offices and residential. The upper floors are now condominiums, and the ground floor is occupied by Annelore apparel store.
