11-story multi-use building (condominium, office, restaurant, retail) completed in 1988, and originally called Dalton on Greenwich. Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle, it is clad in pre-cast concrete and white stone. The building has a lower 7-story portion at the east end, and a rounded corner on the taller main section. Both the west and south elevations feature a grid-like pattern of windows above the 2nd floor, with connected sills, and grey metal vents built into each unit of double-paned windows. The windows are separated vertically by narrow, white, round columns. The rounded corner features the same style of projecting sills and narrow columns. The facades are topped by a patterned concrete parapet. The building contains 84 condominium units, and the ground floor is occupied by a McDonald's restaurant, and Macaron Cafe.
