5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1856 as a store-and-loft building. It is clad in brownstone above a black cast-iron base with a triangular pediment over the doorway. The windows of the upper floors are segmental-arched, with stone sills. The building is crowned by a black metal bracketed roof cornice. In the early 20th century, it was used for storage and light manufacturing. By the 1930s it housed a shoe salesroom on the 1st floor with associated storage above. More recently, it housed the Crystal Shoe Company, before being converted to condominiums in the late 2000s.
