 condominium, 2015_construction

9-story residential building completed in 2015. Designed by Seldorf Architects with Goldstein, Hill & West, it has façades on both Reade and Chambers streets, united by a landscaped interior courtyard, with an entrance framed in dark-grey cast-iron featuring fluted columns. The upper floors are clad in white limestone. The top three floors are set well back, and not visible from the street.
It contains 18 condominium units.

On the morning of April 30, 2009, a 155-year-old, five-story vacant building collapsed here. Plans had been underway to convert the structure (along with 89 Chambers Street - with which it shared a back wall) to a boutique hotel.
