9 DeKalb Avenue is a supertall residential building completed for JDS Development Group with the Chetrit Group. The building was designed by ShOP Architects with interiors by Gachot Studios and Woods Bagot. The development is to be the tallest building in New York City outside Manhattan. It incorporates the neighboring Dime Savings Bank building to the west. The 1,066-foot building completed construction in 2023.
