850-foot, 60-story office tower built in 1969. Formerly "Bank One Tower" and originally One First National Plaza, home of the First National Bank of Chicago or 'First Chicago'.
The building narrows from 200 feet wide at the base to 95 feet at the top. The east-west-length is 300 feet. Chase Tower stands on the former site of the Morrison Hotel, which was the tallest building ever demolished at the time at over 500 feet.
