6-story Neo-Grec residential building completed around the 1870s as a 5-story store-and-loft building. It is clad in stone, with narrow banded piers running up each side, and four bays of windows with stone enframements and sills. The facade is capped by a modillioned roof cornice, above which a recessed penthouse floor was added in the late 1900s. The ground floor is occupied by Chambers Street Orthodontics.
