The two bays of windows are segmental-arched, and grow progressively shorter at each floor. The facade is capped by a corbelled and modillioned roof cornice with end brackets. The ground floor is occupied by Rahman Candy & Tobacco, and Racines NY French restaurant, with Sunny One restaurant on the 2nd floor.
