5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed around the 1870s as a double store-and-loft building. It is clad in white marble above storefront that have been altered in the 20th century. The facade features double-windows with carved stone surrounds and cornices, with triangular pediments on the 2nd floor. A black metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a black metal double roof cornice with brackets. The ground floor is occupied by Sophie's Cuban Cuisine, Saffron Fresh Indian restaurant, and Tribeca Hair Studio.
