6-story Italianate residential building completed in 1855 as a 5-story store-and-loft building, renovated in 2003 into condominiums. The facade is clad in white marble above a ground-floor storefront of cast-iron and glass. The upper floors are four bays wide, with segmental-arched windows with projecting stone sills. The 5th floor is capped by a modillioned cornice; above, a penthouse floor was added during the conversion to condominiums, clad in white brick. An iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade.

Over the years, the building housed a variety of dry goods, hardware, and cutlery concerns, including W.H. Crossman (c.1875-80), who was one the city’s leading export merchants in the 19th century. From 1929 -1945 the building was occupied by a hardware company, and in the 1950s and '60s by the Goodyear Rubber Company. The ground floor is now occupied by a gift shop, and China Red Restaurant.
