7-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed around 1880 as a store-and-loft building. The 2-story base is clad in limestone, with beige brick above. There is a wood-and-glass storefront on the ground floor, and a large, 3-paned studio window on the 2nd floor. The three bays of windows on the upper floors have splayed stone lintels and stone sills. There is a narrow stone cornice at the base of the 6th floor, and a wide stone band above and below the top floor, which is capped by a simple metal parapet. Around 2000, the building was redeveloped into six condominiums by West Chin, and named The Campbell. The ground floor is occupied by Chambers Street Wines.
