7-story Italianate/modern residential building originally completed as a 5-story store-and-loft building around 1860. The black-painted cast-iron ground floor is capped by a dentiled and modillioned cornice, with red brick on the upper floors. The four bays of windows are segmental-arched, with flat stone sills and lintels. In 2006 it was converted to condominiums, with a 2-story addition of sloping metal and glass on top. The ground floor is occupied by Zucker's Bagels & Smoked Fish.
